To activate the COPS functionality in StoreGazer, login to the StoreGazer web application and select Personalization > Global Options > Installed Features from the main menu. Enter the supplied license key into the text field and click the Add button. The “User Authorization Management (COPS)” feature should appear in the list of Installed Features, and the COPS functionality will be immediately activated in the web client.

If you have licensed COPS, the license key will have been included in an email with the download instructions for the application. If you have misplaced this license key, contact the StoreGazer support team ( to get a replacement. If you have not licensed COPS, but are interested, please contact the StoreGazer team for assistance.
