     SD-1. Microsoft® Windows® Script V5.5 is required. Install Windows® Script (WSH) V5.5 if it is not on the machine. To find out if WSH is on the machine use the table and suggestions below.

     Check the Windows\System or Windows\System32 folder for scrrun.dll. If the file appears it is most likely WSH is installed on the machine. If unsure, installing WSH will do no harm.

Download Windows® Script for Windows® 9x/NT4.
Download Windows® Script for Windows® 2000.

     SD-2. Microsoft® Windows® Installer V2 is required. Install Windows® Installer V2 if it is not on the machine. To find out if Windows® Installer is on the machine use the table and suggestions below.

     Check the Windows\System or Windows\System32 folder for msi.dll and msiexec.exe. If these files are present it is most likely Windows® Installer is on the machine. If unsure, installing Windows® Installer will do no harm.

Download Windows® Installer for Windows® NT4.

     SD-3. Microsoft® Data Access Components (MDAC) is required. Install MDAC if it is not on the machine. To find out if MDAC is on the machine use the table and suggestions below.

     Check the machine to see if the file msado15.dll exists and if its version is at least 2.60.
