EDJ announced four major product updates during the 2013 International Retail User Group (IRUG) Convention in Anaheim, CA last month. These updates are a response to direct requests from EDJ’s retail customers. EDJ relies heavily on the voice of their customers to suggest how their products should evolve over time.

StoreTotals – Mobile Version

With the new mobile version of StoreTotals, user permissions can be customized to grant specific access for regional, district, and store managers to view the accounting information relevant to them on their iPad or tablet device.

StoreGazer – New Version 3.0

The latest version for system managment, StoreGazer 3.0, accommodates reviewing and searching command log data. The latest version also features a new grid display, enabling users to customize views of their data which can be saved for later use. This new grid supports filtering, sorting, and grouping on any data value while running significantly faster and smaller.

COPS – Web Version

COPS now as a web version allows authorized personnel the ability to manage user permissions through a standard browser. This is the beginning stages of the COPS feature of StoreGazer moving towards a mobile version.

ESCAPE – New Enhancement

The new enhancement of ESCAPE  now allows for the data to be stored in a SQL Database. This dramatically reduces the search speed of an already powerful ESCAPE product.

IRUG

EDJ Enterprises has been an active associate member of the IRUG Association since 1993. The International Retail Users Group, formerly the IBM Retail Users Group, was formed to help connect both retailers and solution providers, allowing them to share information on how best to solve common business problems.

Each spring, IRUG hosts an educational conference which attracts a variety of retailers across multiple segments giving them the opportunity to see new products and learn of best practices within the industry. Click here to learn more about the International Retail User Group.

The 37th Annual IRUG Conference is scheduled to be held May 18-21, 2014 at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® in Orlando, FL.
